Business Owners David & Rachel Busst grew up in the Central Highlands and are the Onsite Managers of the Milieu Estate and Caretakers of Middlemount Resort.
They also run the only Real Estate Agency local to Middlemount! They love the area and their complementary blend of skills and local expertise deliver excellent results across the board for their clients.
Meet Rachel
PROPERTY MANAGER + REAL ESTATE AGENT
Rachel started her career in Real Estate many years ago and became a Property Manager in 2018, and has since managed several complexes of different sizes and varieties. As the Business Licensee, she performs both Property Management and Sales across Middlemount and surrounding areas. Rachel loves working with people and strives to exceed client expectations, with her honest and warm communication and attention to detail.

PROPERTY + MAINTENANCE MANAGER
As a trade qualified carpenter with over 25 years experience in the industry, Dave oversees the delivery of maintenance work for Middlemount Real Estate. Our landlords benefit from Dave's versatile skillset and onsite delivery, since he does not have to charge for cost of travel. Dave is easygoing, has a great sense of humour and can come up with a solution for virtually any maintenance challenge!
