Meet Rachel

PROPERTY MANAGER + REAL ESTATE AGENT


Rachel started her career in Real Estate many years ago and became a Property Manager in 2018, and has since managed several complexes of different sizes and varieties. As the Business Licensee, she performs both Property Management and Sales across Middlemount and surrounding areas. Rachel loves working with people and strives to exceed client expectations, with her honest and warm communication and attention to detail.

Meet David

PROPERTY + MAINTENANCE MANAGER


As a trade qualified carpenter with over 25 years experience in the industry, Dave oversees the delivery of maintenance work for Middlemount Real Estate. Our landlords benefit from Dave's versatile skillset and onsite delivery, since he does not have to charge for cost of travel. Dave is easygoing, has a great sense of humour and can come up with a solution for virtually any maintenance challenge!

ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER


Jenny joined our team as an experienced all-rounder and lends her valuable skills to amazing customer service and admin support. Jenny's extensive knowledge, broad experience and thoughtful personality make her a wonderful asset to our team.
